This outage was caused by issues with our underlying authentication provider, Auth0, who is communicating this outage here. We wanted to send you this message even ahead of having something full from them.

We understand that this outage disrupted your business, and we know that you trust First Resonance for being responsive and reliable. We apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this outage has caused.
